Rasmussen Polling found this week that 75% of Republicans believe it is likely the election was stolen from Trump. And, even 30% of Democrats believe that it was stolen.
PJ Media reported:
According to a Rasmussen poll conducted November 17-18, nearly half of likely voters, 47 percent, believe the election was stolen from Trump. If Joe Biden is ultimately certified as the winner, there will undoubtedly be a big fat asterisk on his presidency. This should be very concerning for Joe Biden. President George W. Bush had the 2000 election cast a dark shadow over his presidency, with many Democrats to this day refusing to acknowledge his presidency as legitimate. If Biden is confident in the legitimacy of the results as they stand now, he should be willing to let the process continue, and should publicly express his support for this.
But, Joe Biden’s problems are not simply because many Republicans believe the election was stolen. It’s true that the poll showed a significant partisan divide on this issue: 75 percent of Republicans believe it is very likely (61 percent) or somewhat likely (14 percent) that the election was stolen from Trump. But, according to the poll, while 69 percent of Democrats say it is not at all likely (61 percent) or not very likely (8 percent) that the election was stolen from Trump, 30 percent of Democrats believe it is very likely (20 percent) or somewhat likely (10 percent) that it was.
Another poll shows the same
Seventy-five percent of Republicans surveyed by Vox and Data for Progress believe that there was fraud on the part of the Democrats interfering with the electoral process against President Donald Trump.
“Seventy-five percent of likely Republican voters said they believed that election fraud took place during the election and that it benefited Biden,” Vox reported on Nov. 18.
In addition, 69% of Republicans supported Trump’s decision to stand firm and unyielding until the lawsuits he filed in court are legally resolved.
Those polled by Reuters/Ipsos between Nov. 13 and Nov. 17 said that 68% of Republican voters think the election was “rigged.”
This poll was conducted with 1,160 likely voters on Nov. 16.
Democrats believe the fraud in the counting of President Trump’s votes?
Breitbart editor John Nolte noted that a significant percentage of the same Democrats believed that there was fraud in the counting of President Trump’s votes.
“Get this … 30 percent of Democrats—Democrats!—say it is very (20 percent) or somewhat (10 percent) likely the election was stolen from Trump,” Nolte wrote.
One of the surprising events during the allocation of votes in the count rooms that Nolte highlighted was the unexpected suspension of activity when President Trump was leading and the appearance during the night of so many votes in favor of Biden that he overcame it.
“Someone still needs to explain to me why four deep blue cities—Detroit, Philadelphia, Atlanta, and Milwaukee all of a sudden stopped counting when Trump was in the lead. Never in my life have I seen the counting stopped like that. And when the counting restarted, Will you look at all those Biden votes!” Nolte exclaimed.
He added, “Brother, that stinks to high heaven, and until I hear an explanation that makes sense—No, no… You know what, there is no explanation that would ever make sense of that.”
