An attorney who filed lawsuits to assist President Donald Trump overturn the result of elections in several states said there is plenty of time for the team to work.
”With the fraud case, the Dec. 8 deadline doesn’t apply,” Sidney Powell told Newsmax on Friday, referring to the Dec. 8 “safe harbor” deadline before sending electors to the Electoral College on Dec. 14.
”We have at least until Dec. 14,” Sidney Powell said, referring to the Electoral College vote date.
”We might file more suits. The court in Michigan or Wisconsin today just gave us a great order recognizing that. These are not pure election contests we are filing,” Powell said. “These are massive fraud suits that can set aside the results of the election due to this fraud at any time. The states should not be certifying election results in the face of it.”
Federal appeals court okays Sidney Powell’s request to examine Dominion voting machines
A federal appeals court has expedited Sidney Powell’s request for a forensic examination of Dominion Voting Systems machines after the lawyer filed a lawsuit last week, alleging the machines are insecure and allowed foreign forces to meddle in the presidential election.
Powell’s request received an expedited review from the federal appeals court in Atlanta, Bloomberg reported. She is seeking to force Georgia officials to allow examining the state’s Dominion Voting Systems Inc. machines that she said are central to vast election fraud claims.
Sidney Powell appealed after a judge declined to immediately grant her request for a temporary restraining order forcing audits of Dominion machines, which she said have ties to “communist money.” The court on Wednesday, Dec. 2, granted her emergency motion to expedite briefings on whether it will even hear the case at such an early stage.
Powell’s request, filed earlier on Wednesday, said that the stakes “could not be higher” because massive election fraud has occurred in Georgia in the context of voting machines using Dominion software.
Sidney Powell started her lawsuit in Georgia on Nov. 25, alleging massive election fraud in the state that rigged the 2020 election for Democratic candidate Joe Biden.
In the 104-page filing, Powell said a scheme centered on modern “ballot stuffing” hidden by voter machine algorithms and alleged that Chinese Communist Party (CCP) and Iranian agents had access to Dominion Voting Systems software to manipulate the election.
Sidney Powell accused Georgia Gov. Brian Kemp and Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger, both are Republican officials, of having “rushed through the purchase of the Dominion machines and software in 2019 for the 2020 Presidential Election” without due diligence and disregarded safety concerns.
Dominion is in the middle of a storm caused by an endless succession of election frauds, which allegedly destroyed millions of votes and transferred numerous of them from President Donald Trump to Biden.
Attorney Powell lawsuit: Arizona officials used Dominion Voting Systems to commit voter fraud
Powell claims “massive election fraud” throughout the state and “multiple violations of the Arizona election laws.”
“The multifaceted schemes and artifices implemented by Defendants and their collaborators to defraud resulted in the unlawful counting, or fabrication, of hundreds of thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate or purely fictitious ballots in the State of Arizona, that collectively add up to multiples of Biden’s purported lead in the State of 10,457 votes,” the complaint read.
Included in the lawsuit are defendants Gov. Doug Ducey and Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs.
Sidney Powell asserts “expert witness testimony” indicates that “several thousands of illegal, ineligible, duplicate or purely fictitious votes must be thrown out.”
Powell’s lawsuit said, “the fraud was executed by many means, but the most fundamentally troubling, insidious, and egregious ploy was the systemic adaptation of old-fashioned ‘ballot-stuffing.”
Smartmatic and Dominion’s election software and machines are at the center of voter fraud in multiple states, and Powell has highlighted their use in voter fraud in Maricopa County, Arizona.
Sidney Powell claimed in the suit: “Smartmatic and Dominion were founded by foreign oligarchs and dictators to ensure computerized ballot-stuffing and vote manipulation to whatever level was needed to make certain Venezuelan dictator Hugo Chavez never lost another election.”
Election results were certified in Arizona on Monday, handing the win to Joe Biden by more than 10,000 votes, making him the first Democrat to win the presidential vote in Arizona since 1996.
Sidney Powell sues in Arizona over another 412,000 illegal votes
The number of ballots questioned by lawyers who work intensely for electoral transparency in the United States increased by 412,000, this time due to the action of specialized lawyer Sidney Powell against the state of Arizona.
As a result, Powell is asking Gov. Doug Ducey, and Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, to decertify the election results and to issue an emergency order to seize the voting machines, the founder of the Strong Communities Foundation, Merissa Hamilton, said in a tweet on Dec. 2.
The 53-page lawsuit also requests a court order preventing the governor from transmitting to the Electoral College the already certified results of the apparent victory of Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden.
According to the experts’ report, at least 412,494 votes were counted despite being affected by different causes of rejection. With these arguments, there is sufficient support to overcome the narrow margin of only 10,457 votes, equivalent to 0.3 points, with which he was certified as the winner in Arizona.
