Thousands of doctors and scientists from around the world have signed the “Rome Declaration,” which was introduced last week at the Global Covid Summit in Rome by the International Alliance of Physicians and Medical Scientists.

Dr. Robert Malone delivered the letter on stage, which alleges that politically motivated Covid policymakers “may have committed crimes against humanity” by withholding treatment to sick patients during the pandemic, among other troubling measures.

“We the physicians of the world, united and loyal to the Hippocratic Oath, recognizing the profession of medicine as we know it is at a crossroad,” began the letter signed onto by 7,200 doctors and scientists as of Monday night.

The declaration states: “there is an unprecedented assault on our ability to care for our patients” and “public policy makers have chosen to force a “one size fits all” treatment strategy, resulting in needless illness and death, rather than upholding fundamental concepts of the individualized, personalized approach to patient care which is proven to be safe and more effective.”

The declaration, which expresses their grievances, claims that physicians are discouraged from engaging in professional discussion and idea exchange, which endangers the entire profession and “the lives of our patients.”

Moreover, the declaration alleges that “thousands of physicians are being prevented from providing treatment to their patients, as a result of barriers put up by pharmacies, hospitals, and public health agencies, rendering the vast majority of healthcare providers helpless to protect their patients in the face of disease.”

Criticizing these policies happening worldwide, the declaration states “this is not medicine, this is not care.” All of these dangerous precedents “may actually constitute crimes against humanity,” it added.

In terms of resolution, the doctors and scientists demand that “political intrusion” into medicine cease and that physicians be allowed to practice “without fear of retribution, censorship, slander, or disciplinary action,” according to the declaration. “The right and ability to exchange objective scientific findings, which further our understanding of disease, must be protected.”

The letter also requests that the patient-doctor relationship be restored by allowing them to decide what is best for the patient’s health. It goes on to say that doctors should not be “restricted from prescribing safe and effective treatments.”

Furthermore, “The rights of patients, after being fully informed about the risks and benefits of each option, must be restored to receive those treatments.”

The declaration concludes by urging doctors and scientists to continue on “without fear of reprisal,” and urging patients to “demand access to science-based care,” regardless of what public policymakers, government, or Big Tech thinks.
