How to use it
This audit trail organizes an election allegation around the actual administrative system. Name the jurisdiction and election, state the allegation, identify the relevant procedure, link the primary record, then record audit, recount, court or investigative findings.
What it does not prove
The worksheet does not assume that an official statement is automatically correct. Its purpose is to connect a claim to records that could demonstrate or refute it, while keeping procedural disputes separate from allegations that ballots or totals were actually changed.
When to escalate
Use the trail for claims that recur long after election day. Later audits and court findings can materially change the evidence picture, so the last row should always capture the newest authoritative development rather than freezing the story at its most viral moment.
